Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities:
1. Service Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, including NCLEX preparation, visa guidance, and other tailored nursing career programs, we do not offer full refunds once services have been initiated.
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- If you purchased a service but have not yet accessed or used it (e.g., downloading NCLEX notes or starting consultation sessions), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable after services have been rendered or accessed.
2. Digital Products
For downloadable digital products (e.g., NCLEX Notes):
- Refunds will not be granted for digital products after they have been downloaded.
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing a product, please contact our support team for assistance.
3. Service Cancellations
If you wish to cancel any upcoming sessions or services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Partial Refunds may be issued at our discretion for cancellations made within the appropriate notice period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or address a concern regarding our services, please:
- Email us at info@globalnursepathways.com with your order details, service description, and reason for refund request.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items or circumstances are non-refundable:
- Completed or ongoing consultation sessions.
- Downloaded or accessed digital products.
- Services that have already been fully delivered.
